I noticed within the last few months first my radio would just turn off at while sitting at a red light other then that everything seemed fine once I turn it back on. Then I noticed my subwoofers(two 10's) would cut off after (A) I would come to a stop and (B) if I was driving at night and turn...
I have a 1970 Challenger with a 360 engine swap. Currently theres a real loud ticking sound and the engine shakes.
I change the headers already and checked the spark plugs. Last mechanic took the heads off to inspect it but couldn’t find anything.
Anyone dealt with this issue before? Or heard...
If later in the future I wanted to build a big block and put it in my 70 Challenger. Would this be a good route to go?
Some people are telling me yes, and some are saying no because the block might could have a potential problem I’m not aware about.
I bought a mild cam and new lifters. Whats the average cost for them to be install?
One shop quoted almost $1300. Is that too high? Or just about right?
I have a 1970 Challenger with an 360 motor. I purchased the Hooker headers because thats what Summit Racing suggested would be an easy install. This install was anything but easy/simple.
There were numerous issues. From the bolts, hard to bolt on once we got the old headers off. Drive side...

So I finally get my dream car 1970 Dodge Challenger after years and years of waiting, wishing and more importantly hard work. So I got the G code(2 door with a 318 engine) model, but it actually has a 360 inside instead of the 318.
I take it to this Mopar shop/enthusiast aka a purist I believe...

I was told...
