Just about everything these days seem to come from China! I mention on another post awhile back that I splurged for a set of Made in USA drill bits and I'm amazed at how much faster the USA drill bits cut through steel and they stay sharp for five or ten times longer.

Depending on 10" drum size, I know a lot of Dodge trucks used 10" drums and these can still be found in juck yards. Even if they need to be turned a little, they're better than the Chinese "stuff".
