Just about to start a rebuild of a Challenger convertible bought last fall. We ordered floor pans in December and got them last week. I'm waiting on the shop to get me in for the installation. Looking forward to investigating this site for all the help I can find. This will be a project with my father-in-law who has built many cars over his 73 years. I'll get some photos posted so you can see where we are starting.
Thanks,
Dave

Not a bad place to start, but definitely needs some TLC.

Original Plum Crazy, of course, we'll go back to it. Don't know why someone would paint a purple car orange?
Man I am jealous, mine was originally standard red so I kept it that way but man I love the Plum Crazy and neon greens that they made.

We've got some crazy ideas, so it won't be totally original. A/C, disc brakes, 440 FI. It's going to fun for sure.
Thanks for posting.

Howdy from Colorado ! Great ride you have there !

Any special options on the car? Anything out of the ordinary?
Does it retain it's fender tag?

It does have the fender tag. Here's the decode.

Great convertible project; looking forward to seeing your work progress!
A02 Build Date; an early Challenger

Have a Challenger vert myself that I am working on with a build date of A06. Our cars could have been on the assembly almost at the same time
