1970 challenger ORIGINAL front fenders, wheel-well, COLOR underneath? Body color or black??? what is Original / correct color under rear wheel wells an under front fenders?

The cars were in primer than sprayed with color and those areas would have been hit with overspray. If under coated all of that would have been covered.

If your going to drive it where stones could be flicked up paint the underside of the fender tops with the thickest goop you can find.

I agree with DatMatt1,but after that,the upper front fenders were sprayed with a thick undercoat(soundproofing).It's the same stuff that was used in the rear wheelwells.
