3 speed wiper motor cap - does it look right?

Hi all.
My wiper never went back down or even park (had no idea about the park thing)

I always had to turn it off when it was back at the bottom of the windshield.

Anyway, I removed switch and motor.

I did the bench test (below) on the switch, it's all working.

It looks like this long bit in the picture is not being activated properly on rotation. So question is if it looks ok, of it I have to bend it in the middle or closer to the contact?

BENCH TEST SWITCH AND MOTOR:

In the the OFF position:

B to P
F1 to Chassis Ground
In On Low through High speed positions:
B to F1 {(0 Low) to (-25 High)}
A to F1 ((0 Low) to (-25 High))
B to A
F2 to Chassis Ground

Washer Motor On - No Reading In The Off Position:

B to W
A to W
F1 to W

Three Speed Wiper (Prestolite ERQ-4000 Series) Motor Bench or Firewall Four Wire Terminal Test:

Forward (Slow)

Forward (Slow)

12V+ to Red & Brown
Green to Motor Ground Strap
12V-to Motor G Strap

Forward (Fast)

12V+ to Brown
Green to Motor Ground Strap
12V-to Motor Ground Strap
Red Not Connected

Reverse (Park)

12V+ to Blue
Green to Brown
Green to Red to Motor Ground Strap 12V-to Motor Ground Strap
