I guess ill try fattening up the mixture.

That's up to you, but I don't recommend you go noodling around with the mixture screws without some (exhaust gas oxygen) tool to let you know if the mixture is wrong or right. I'm concerned it will make things worse before they get better.

Guess im bolting on the exhaust with the o2 sensor on it

It runs! Timing was off apparently.
