I don't think there was such thing as a fast ratio box for E-bodies. I believe when you checked off for S74, you got a standard box with a longer pitman arm thus effectively reducing the number of turns lock to lock on the steering wheel. Anybody want to chime in on this?
In 1971 they installed the fast ratio box and longer pitman arm with the 340 engine. S74 is on my build sheet. Chrysler put a notice out on this. I have read. Aar and Ta's had in 1970.
