Fuel Lines Running Behind Gas Tank - Location

Can someone please tell me if the large diameter line (3/8) goes above or below the small diameter (5/16) as they are running across the frame next to the gas tank. Thanks.

On my 73 Challenger I believe that the larger Fuel line was on top of the smaller vapor return line as they ran up the outboard side of the frame and then across to the fwd side of the tank. See pics.
