Hello from Plainfield Illinois.

I am working on a restoration of a 70 AAR. Driver at this point, going through fixing the previous owners choice of incorrect parts, body should get started on this winter. I do everything except body work.
Only thing keeping it off the road is waiting on the steering box to come back from steer and gear.
Numbers matching, Mostly original. 36k mile car.
Was in Florida in 1980, At some point made its was to Mass.

Not my first Restoration though, other projects/toys are
69 Superbee
1970 Harley FLH Shovelhead
1992 Harley FXR Chopper
97 Z28

Sure do.
The Bee is not an A12 or a clone. Original hood was sold by the previous owner N96. Six pack is the only one that fit with the engine build.

the FXR is modeled after the marboro man bike. I built that when i was 20 and yes, i did the frame rake. Learned a lot.

70 has a ton of work, from high compression dual plugged heads stroked to 80”, to the typical 73 updates!
