It should be Ok into the ..525 lift range but there are a lot of factors , cam lobe ramp speed , spring pressure needed ,
Lunati makes a number of Voodoo grinds in the .480+ range with good street manors

Really unless you just have to have the exact 1.5 rocker arm ratio (stamped rockers are ~1.45), the factory stamped rockers are hard to beat for lifts under . 525" like the great minds have posted. They retain oil in the bottom of each rocker after shut down, so each time you fire your engine, the valve train is pre-lubed! Ingenious those Chrysler engineers!

how do you check for wear on the rockers and shafts? (on a 50 year old motor)
I see Mancie make new arms and shafts. just running a sixpack cam nothing big. not sure of the wear in the arms and shafts.

Where the rocker rides on the shaft generally you only see wear on the shaft , the tip of the rocker can have ridges from the valve tip riding in one spot .
If you go to a higher lift cam with used rockers you can get a clicking as the ridge rides onto the valve tip .
