MSD ignition / dual ballast help!!

hey guys I'm switchin over to MSD ready to run, MSD 6a box, and blaster coil.. My question is I'm pretty sure I can remove both ballasts. Now my question is what do I do with the wire that runs from my alternator to my ballast.. And how about the volatage regulator? Do I still need to keep that. I want to run as little as wires as necessary...thanks for the help guys and happy new year!!

Are you also changing the distributor? Didn't your MSD ignition come with instructions on where the wires go? Is it new ?

I bought it new ..but lost the instructions.. I found the diagrams online . Yes I'm sorry the "ready to run" is an MSD pro billet distributor.
