None of your pulleys line up? Which way do they need to go? Away from or towards the motor? If away....are you sure the dampner is on all the way?

my water pump pulley is right in the middle of of the last 2 crank pulley "v's".
the crank pulley is a 4 v pulley and the damper is tight. I have heard of this before with aftermarket dampers but dont know what to do. can you shim the water pump pulley out?

try calling fluidamper, i had thought of using one of their dampners years ago on my 73' 340 challenger but was going to have the same hassle. don't remember what the fix was but decided to put the $$ elseware

good luck

As for shimming...yes, you can to a point but they you'll have to make adjustments for the others too.
