Looking at the Lars 11033 which seems to be a stock unit, has anyone installed a fast ratio gear box such as the Lars 11043, and if so any comments on going that route ?

Thanks

Thanks everyone ! Bergman / Borgeson it is ... Since my pump is leaking also, the complete kit seems to be the way to go !

the website says it should be a small sector, ( see below ) I talked to Pete Bergman, he said small sector

market that bolts in directly, uses factory parts and does NOT require cutting your steering column!
Small sector boxes were used on 72 and prior vehicles, except C bodies.

NOTE *Due to the higher operating pressures of the updated style steering box, a cooler is recommended*

The Bergman Auto Craft kit is a Borgeson PS unit and is 14:1 ratio.
You must know if you have the small or large sector before ordering.
Bergman mentions ( recommends ) the cooler for the PS unit ? Did you add a cooler ?
