New dash pad

Hi guys can anyone help, have installed a new pad and have noticed when putting lower trim on that the foam needs to be trimmed back is this normal

Will tomorrow its were the spray on foam was applied and has made were the left hand lower trim goes to thick and the plastic moulding won't fit

Well if you have to trim..., I would make sure you don't trim anything that shows, and a little at a time to kind of sneak up on it... you should be alright with that.
