Hello All,
I just joined the forum because I recently acquired a 1971 Barracuda Convertible from my brother. This car has been in the family for 42 years. This car is in need of a restoration. I figured the best place to start would be joining this forum. I am a long time Mopar fan due to family influence. My uncle was the chief mechanic at a Chrysler Dealership back in the day. When I was kid I got to witness the first start of a Plymouth Superbird since then I was hooked. I used to own a 68 Road Runner, but sold it. I am currently in the process of finding restoration services for the Barracuda. Can someone provide Steve Been's contact information? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to FEBO. Thanks for taking on the task of restoring one of the few.

Welcome to the site from Arkansas!
Sounds like nice project!👍🏻

The plans fell through. My brother decided he would not sell the car to me. So I am not going to restore that car. I will be looking for a restorable car of my own.

Oh no. I'm sure you'll find one. There is a 71 convertible off Plantation road. I think it is off Wentworth road across from the realtors office on the right if you come up from the 460 side. It's blue with a black top if I remember correctly.

Thanks, I would be interested taking a look and talking to the owner about it. Let me make sure I know where to look. Ronakoe, VA, corner of Plantation road and Wentworth road. Across from a real-estate office. Is this correct?

That's it. It's a dead end street on that side. I don't know if it's for sale but worth a chance. I think it's Campbell realty across the road.
