Hello everyone,

Finally I have some time to introduce my self. I have been reading in the forum for a while and even met some members in person. I am located in the Detroit area and working on my 70 Challenger SE survivor. So far I had to fight surface rust under the vinyl top and replace the trunk floor. Glad those were the only rust issues I found. Right now I am working mainly on getting everything more reliable. As I know everyone loves pictures, so I will add a few of the work I have already done so far.

Maybe someone recognizes the car. I bought it in Michigan but it spend most of its life in California. Would be great to learn more about its history since the previous owner did not have much info. Thanks for keeping up such a great forum.

Felix

Welcome to the site Felix! I’ve seen this beauty and met the owner and both are great!
I hope to see you again soon Felix.

Felix you should post of a close-up picture of that sticker on the rear bumper. It might help make a connection if you are interested in the cars history.

Thats a good idea. I just browsed through my pictures and found one of both the front and rear pumper stickers.
So the car was definitely used on the van nuys ang base in 86.

Very kool car Felix, and welcome!

I just picked up my Cuda and am just north of Detroit. Hope to be on the road in a couple months myself.

Thanks wayne, seems like you are pretty close. I am in the Rochester area. Really love red interiors. Would probably look great on a white car too.
