NHRA Sticker

Can anyone tell what the state is on the sticker very hard to read
The rear quarter window has a Thrush exhaust ,Holley & 1977 official contestant sticker
the same as the 1 in the top right.
1970 TA factory 4 speed,factory 3.9 diff ferric red black interior.
Looks like it had a slight side swipe in front of the drivers door

I only see 2 with states listed - top right Seattle, Washington and bottom left Indianapolis, Indiana. If there is something within the circle graphic in the top left sticker, I can't make it out even with enhancing it. Those are cool!
