An essentially plug and play power window relay kit. I use Tyco/Bosch relay exclusively, no low dollar pieces ever. I utilize as much US or North American (Canadian) sourced product as possible. I try to never use anything but US made wire, cost more, better quality.

Kits are set up using a subsidiary fuse box, fed with a 10ga wire from the starter relay. Each window motor has a dedicated 20 amp fuse and 12ga wire from fuse box to relays. Packard 56 connectors are utilized to tap relays in series into the OEM harness connectors. No cutting of the OEM harness required. There are 2 ground wires from each relay that require attachment. Each feed wire is left long and crimp terminals are included to finish all window power feed wire at the fuse box for a custom fit.

A 6 gang fuse box is pictured as the pictured kit is going into a convertible car utilizing a convertible pump motor relay kit. A std power window relay kits will have a 4 gang fuse box.

Window motor performance is greatly increased, much like with my headlight relay kits, as the window motors will get the voltage they require from better sized wiring. Speed and stop to stop performance is much better.

Introductory pricing for a complete kit will be $275 + shipping until Jan 31, 2016. After that date, pricing will be $300 + shipping as component pricing is increasing. International orders welcome! I ship worldwide using primarily the US Postal Service. International orders welcome!

All items shipped from Indio, CA

The kits I'm currently doing are designed for the OEM motors/connectors/wiring.

I could likely do a set up for aftermarket if I have or can obtain the aftermarket style connectors. I could also do the connectors in a weather-pack style, that would require some work/crimping on the cars current wiring. With an aftermarket kit, you probably aren't going to be cutting on the OEM harness. The motors may be wired totally different, nothing a look at a wiring schematic wouldn't solve.

Interesting concept. I have power windows that I took out of my 6 pack Challenger 30 years ago. Not knowing what I was doing, I butchered the wiring. It has been one of the reasons why I never put the PW back in the car. The other reason was finding door panels. Seems like both problems may be solved. I will hold onto your information. I won't be doing the car for 2 years.
