Problems with Josh’s Muscle car parts

Has anyone had problems with Josh’s parts, I ordered 1972-74 Cuda rear trunk trim, the long trunk lid piece came in damaged and bent, the quarter panel end pieces were for a challenger not a Cuda, I sent them pictures and numerous texts, they sent the correct quarter panel pieces, but not the trunk piece, they said it’s supposed to be bent, I believe these came from PG Classic,

Don't have one on my cuda but I noticed your proportioning valve. Just had mine rebuilt. They did a great job

It should not be bent like that.

Send him more pictures of the bend. Maybe he’s misinterpreting the “bend”. There should be no way a reputable supplier would consider that to be normal. Can you get access to a known good one and send him comparison pics.

I haven’t heard back from them in over 2 weeks, at that time I filed a dispute with my cc company,

Maybe refer to it as a kink or dent. Damaged in shipping, but the box was undmaged.

I like the “kink” or “dent” approach rather than “bend”.
