re; '70 Chall Glove box

I am trying to remove the lock asembly on my challenger
(i want clean and paint the dash accessories) can anyone tell me the proper way ro remove
i have it partially disassembled but cannot remove it entirely
there must be a way
any input appreciated

If you need help I was a locksmith for years , not hard to remove once you now the trick
