Sassy grass green

I was watching Graveyard Cars the other day. They showed a paint color chart that had 1970 limelight green on it & 1971 sassy grass green below it along with many other colors. Where did they get this multi year paint color chart from? The paint color charts I find are just for 1 year & not multiple years.
