Terry i mounted the two support brackets from the air cleaner base to the block theres a flat part and a rounded part which part faces the front of the car? Do you have a picture of yours probably easier then explaining it how it should look. Thanks Kenny

Terry do you know if the repo shaker hoods had a part number on them. On my shaker hood i see a part number on the front lip on the drivers side. I was wondering maybe the hood is original. Does your have that part number ? Thanks Kenny
