WTB Square light tube for instrument panel

Looking for this piece that is missing from my instrument cluster. There is one on e-Bay but they are selling it with the other 3 round tubes, but I dont need those. Does anyone have this piece to sell me? Please let me know cost incl shipping to 27540.
