That “M15” stamp in the first pic indicates a 1975 rim. 15x 6.5 Rallyes weren’t in production in 1971.

The “17” stamped on the RH side of the valve stem is the 17th day. The numeral month should be stamped on the LH side of the valve stem.

The pictured wheel showing the number stamps was made in 1975 at Motor Wheel plant # 1. This is a 15" x 6.5" Rallye Class I wheel, part number 3699066, which was used on 1976 B-body Fury, Coronet, and Charger models through 2/17/1976. This wheel was originally equipped with trim ring part number 3699100 and dome (center) part number 3699006 with cap, part number 3699008.

As noted in post #2, the wheel was made on the 17th of the month. The month number may be visible under the paint and was likely late in 1975.

The following image shows one of these wheels with the part number, month, and day stamps (December 22):

The 3699066 15" x 6.5" Rallye Class I wheel was superseded on 2/17/1976 by wheel part number 3699146. This wheel looks the same and was the service replacement for the earlier wheel. Wheel part number 3699146 was used through the 1977 model year on a B-body Fury or Monaco, or a Charger SE.

The dome, part number 3699006, was also used on the 14" Rallye Class I wheel in 1976 as well as earlier in 1975. In 1977, dome, part number 3699006 was superseded by dome, part number 3699312, which was used through 1978.

A similar looking dome, part number 3461485, without the removable center cap, was used on the 1973 and 1974 14" Rallye Class I wheels.

Thank you for clearing this up. I'm gonna roll with em on my 71 Cuda even though they aren't 71 wheels. Great description.
