Where does this fuse pull power from...

    Just a quick photo i uploaded from the interwebs. But where does this fuse pull power from. Jw before I pull the instrument cluster out...again. I do know there is a light brown wire on one side and 2 orange wires on the other side of that fuse also. Thats about as far as I got tonight. Dinner was ready lol

    Orange wire from ignition switch, orange wire from radio plug and tan wire is from panel dimmer switch.

    Found out the problem tonight. The Interior panel dimmer switch wasnt getting the proper connection. Now the lights work great! Thanks for the info guys. Only took about 15 minutes to get the situation resolved!
