Window regulators new AMD vs OER?

Can anybody tell me which are better? Anyone have experience with both brands? Quality and longevity? Is there another option I'm missing that is of high quality?

I have not tried them but anything OER I have purchased Ive either thrown away or altered to make it work. My vote goes to AMD.
