13,000 Mile Hemi Cuda Carbs

Ok Guys, My boss bought a 1970 Black Hemi Cuda 4-speed hardtop all original with 13,670 miles on it. Wish
I had pics to share but you can imagine the car. Question is that it does have two AFBs on it but only one of them
has a ckoke plate for cold starting. Originally did both carbs have plates?? Im sure you seasons vets know this by heart.

No , the carbs are different & use a staggered linkage , basically it runs as a 2bbl using the front venturis in the rear carb until the throttle is opened up more than 30 % then everything starts to open up
