73 Challenger Door Window

Can someone please tell me the easiest way to remove the door glass? Do I have to remove the window regulator or can I just remove the glass?I haven't started removing the door panels,and just want to know what i am getting myself into.

Not sure about Challenger_John953 but I'm about to do the same and would like some advice.

well there is a rail that bolts onto the bottom of the window , one screw locks it on & the other just needs to be loosened to release the window from the window regulator , I believe you have to lower the regulator & remove it from the door as well as the adjusters that keep the window tight , the window can then be removed from the top of the door carefully without removing the rear slider plate or the Nylon top travel stops

Thanks. I'll give it a try this weekend. I am about to spray the body with SPI epoxy. Doors on or off?

I do it with the doors & hinges off to get coverage under there
