How do you change the top fender turn signal bulb?

Does anyone know how to remove the bulb from the top? I've been searching hi and low on Google and cannot find anything that clearly states how to do this. It there way to pry it off or is it a twist removal? Looks like the easiest way to get underneath it would be to remove the headlamp. Hoping it does not come down to that.

How do you change the bulb inside this little guy?

Don't see any screws, does it pry off? Perhaps twist off?

It screws in from the underside of the fender.

I think you should be able to access from the wheel well but they might be covered by a removable splash shield.
you should get yourself a factory service manual.

Just checked and found a bunch of factory service manuals online for free!! :eusa_dance: They didn't have 1972, but do have 1971 which should be close enough. Here is the link.
