How to attach grille header panel if blind nut(s) are missing from the fender.

One way to fix the missing or stripped out nuts attaching the header panel to the fender. I used flange nuts. These happened to be 1/4"-20 flange nuts. I tried nutserts but the flange was too small and they slipped out of the square holes in the fender.

That tool keeps the nut from turning while tightening. $6 on Amazon.
