I’ve been calling since April 9th, their message does not identify their business and I’ve left many voicemails with no response.

They have been moved for some time...before I even ordered my parts in fact.
Regardless, there is no excuse for not answering your phone, not returning messages or emails and not having a greeting that identifies your company.
That is being a shitty business person plain and simple.
Coincidentally, after emailing their receptionist directly and filing a dispute with my bank I received an email from them today.
They are sorry for not answering their phone for 20 days. They were “busy” and they didn’t get my voice mails...or
the emails I sent to their company address. Unbelievable, I don’t understand how these companies stay in business. I also don’t understand how employees that operate this way keep their job.

Contracting for 33 years same license
Same company name
Same numbers
All work from referrals - never advertised
Makes me sick to see small businesses treat people like that
