All spring, summer, and fall I have been working on my 1942 Dodge Carryall. The flathead straight six engine runs great, but I think the output bearing on the trans is shot. I brought it out of storage to do the body work and paint, but I underestimated how much it needed. Anyway, I got the body work done, except for the tail gates... now the upcoming snow has forced me to put it back into storage for the winter, with it’s sister 1948 Power Wagon.

Admire the work you did on the Power Wagon, I'm sure the Carry All will turn out equally as nice! Really nice pair of vintage Dodge trucks you have.

Thank you. The Power Wagon has 11 leafs in the front springs and 14 in the back! I think the expression “it rides like a truck” probably came from these trucks.

Always liked the Power Wagon’s; cool trucks
Nice job putting it together
Never saw a Carryall before; neat project!
