Sell or Trade? 70 Gran Coupe

So I've decided that this is too much of a project and I don't have the necessary space or equipment. 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe. 383 4 speed hardtop. Engine is out of the car. Not original, but date correct. Garage stored since '85. Repainted at some point in the past and they painted the engine bay black. Many new parts still in boxes. I'm thinking at this point, I should just buy something I can drive and maintain. There's pictures on my previous posts. The lowest price I've been able to find online is 19K. Is that reasonable? It's one of 341 with the drivetrain combo.

Hello everyone,
The car I have hasn't been on the road since the early 80's. Engine and transmission have been rebuilt but not in the car. Someone in the past decided to spray the engine bay black, and now it's all peeling. I know the engine isn't original, but I'm not having much luck trying to figure out what it came out of. It's a 383 and the number on the bottom of the block is 9C278361. It's probably going to be a retirement project in a few years.

Still a good looking car!
Can you post the fender tag? I have not seen it yet. Would like to decode it.
That price may be reasonable. But the options could allow for some more value.
