Aloha All: Been lovin' the Cuda for many years and knows just about everything a guy needs to know about his car however, there's one thing I for got! Just finished painting a few weeks ago and installing the rear window next. Could some one please tell me what these things that the red arrow is pointing to, used for? I just can't remember and need help!

Finally something I can help a fellow mopar junkie with! They are caller back glass spacers and go on both sides on the bottom of the rear glass opening and holds the glass from drooping down to the bottom and hitting the clips and the little studs or screws as in most cases the studs get ground off. Not a fan of the style clips or screws in your pic. A different style is available that actually screws in tight then the clip slides down on it. The style you have there, if you screw the clips down tight I doubt the stainless will snap in place without damaging the paint. I just installed the same ones you have, I haven't installed the glass yet but was not impressed with it.
over the years I have collected all kind of stuff I knew I would need, ended up with 2 sets of that style and couldnt put my hands on the other style I bought but couldn't find. Just fyi after drilling make sure you use some style of corrosion protection and sealer around the screws

Welcome to the site from mid Michigan. The clips you show are correct for a '70. In '71 they started using the stud type. Hard rubber spacers can be used to center the glass rather than those long clips. Let's some pictures of your ride.

3M butyl-tape used to come with the rubber setting-blocks. If your clips are too tight to the body....carefully use a flat-blade scraper to bend them out a tiny bit. We did that in the auto-glass shop I worked at, many moons ago.

Welcome! The clips shown in your photo are indeed correct as moparlee stated. They are what the factory used, they are what I used and had absolutely no issues installing the stainless trim regarding the paint...

I have the ones that came with my car. The originals while similar, they slide on. I was trying to help avoid the problem as seen in the pick below. clip so tight when screwed on vs slide on that it started to chip the paint when I went to straighten the position of the clip with a screw driver from the bottom I’m about 90% done with the roto resto and that’s the first paint f******* up yet. Long story on why I have the oe style stud screws and clips and didn’t use em
