Turn signal Puzzle

I have started bringing my car out of mothballs and encountered a puzzling turn signal issue. The left turn signal works inside and out the right turn signal lights the dash light and both front and rear external lights, but no flash. The emergency flasher flashes all four corners and the dash indicator lights. I know the two functions have their own flashers but the turn signal flasher doesn't know left from right according to my wiring diagram. Ideas?

I think I would start by looking at the outside bulbs, (front & rear), on the right side. I think a bulb improperly installed, (like half a turn wrong), can create a problem like this, but I'm not shure. Can' t hurt to check... Once you have the bulb in your hand, gently tap it with a finger, If you see one of the circuit moving, (and ear a liitle noise), try a new one. Let us know...

try swapping the flasher out , it may have less load one side but if the flasher is weak it may still be the problem

Chryco, I drove again working on brake issue and noticed that though left side does flash, it is pretty slow, so I will put in new flasher.
