Hi,

I have a 70 Challenger non-AC car. When I researched removing the dash, it was mentioned to disconnect electrical connections which went fairly smoothly. The reasearch also mentioned disconnecting cables and vents however, i did not come across any when i dropped the dash. Here are photos of what remains. where would these cables or vent connections be if any?

Also, does it look like anything else is missing or that I should double check while its exposed?

Thanks in advance!!

If a 70 Challenger is the same as a 70 Cuda, Then, I think your car may have had AC at some point. My heater box does not look like yours and yours has additional vacuum pods. Does your Das Pad have vents installed on it ?

I think you missed you have an AC car.
That dash is a complete unit when removing. An AC dash has no cable for controlling any air flow. It's all controlled by vacuum. There is one cable that controls the water valve. The vents are also contained in the dash. A non AC dash has fresh air vent, defrost, heat control cables. Also interior wiring for the fan motor.
