Thank you for accepting me guys. I just acquired a1974 BS23 with the matching 360. Car needs the usual sheet metal but the frame rails are good. I’ve been after this car for the last 20 years and the owner finally sold it.

Welcome. Nice project. I went and looked at a 74 barracuda awhile back that was in a fire and the roof of the garage collapsed in on it damaging the roof of the car. I thought I might be able to get it cheap enough to restore with all the fire damage. Nope, we were way to far apart. He thought he still had a nice running, driving cruiser for the money he wanted for it still.

I believe that the rich have bought up these cars and have driven the prices too high for average guys like me to own one. I got lucky on this one because I believe the owner knows I bought it to restore and keep and not to make a profit

Welcome to the site from Arkansas!
Congrats on the purchase and patience.
Nice project 👍🏻
