71 Interior questions?

What all interchanges as far as seats, door panels, etc..What years are same exact seats or are they different in every year..My friend has a 71 with no seats front or rear

When you ask what will fit? The rear seats for all E-body's are the same except for convertibles. The front seats are interchangeable also but with minor differences like different styles of bucket seat backs 70-72 and no seatback on 73, just upholstery front and back of front seat. Seat back release handles differ through the years but you can put any year seats into any year E-body with no fitment issues, just appearance.

If you want to to be factory correct, you have to use 71 front seats. As Leo says, all hardtop rear seats are the same frames. Just cover them with 71 upholstry.
