72 cuda barn find

I found this car in a barn.
It was driven in there about 10 years ago.
There were mice inside so they took the dash apart to inspect and make sure no damage and to get the mice out.
I suspect they were in the vents as I have killed probably 20 mice from different cuda's in the drivers side vent.
Titled. Vin is there.
Not sure about build sheet. there is one there and it looks to be correct.
I'm trying to decide what a good price for this thing is. If you would, please chime in on what you think it is worth.
I know, WIW. Not really.
I'm mostly showing off my barn find. This would be the second "barn" find I have had in 20 years.


I'm looking for an open discussion on this car. What do you see that is wrong? What is right? What am I missing?

Just to be clear, I'm not even sure if this one car is for sale.
I can buy most any of the other 300 cars but this is his one cuda and is "protected" haha.

GA4-Winchester Gray Metallic

One of the better colors available that is not a high impact color.

G21- Clear glass with Air Conditioning
This is an odd one. I can't say I have seen this many times. Most A/C cars have tinted glass.

front drums, or manual disc brakes? My 71 318 hardtop had drums, but my 71 318 'vert had manual discs.
