carb size?

just a plain 318 adding a [free] edelbroke ld340 intake.What size carb should i buy?Planning on putting on 360 heads and step up cam.Looking for suggestion on cam also.Nothing rad the challenger is just going to be a driver until i can get a bb or the car is going to be for the wife.Its a auto. Thanks for any help,can i use any 360 heads?

My 318 has a similar setup and I have good luck with the Edelbrock 1406. I have a set of 360 J heads but they are the small valve model. I don't think that you would want the 2.02 valves on the 318.

You get what you pay for the Eddy carbs are limited in adjustability & generally do not perform as well

I'm no master mechanic, but found the Eddy to work well right out of the box. Definitely not a perfect tune though. Personally, I would love a 750 dp. Probably drown that thing though.
