Need help to narrow down gas pooling on top of valley pan.The car is a 71 challenger rt with a 440 six pack.Just had the carbs rebuilt, now I gas leaking on top of the valley pan. Also gas is spraying onto the oil pressure switch. The carb gaskets are dry and I don't see any gas leaking from the carbs. Before,I pull the intake off,I just wanted to see if anyone has an idea of what most likely is causing this leak.It has an Edelbrock intake and white smoke when running.Could it be a bad gasket, cracked intake or cracked head port. Thanks.

I wouldn't pull the intake off yet. Check all the gas line fittings to make sure they are not leaking. My bet is a gas line fitting.

You need to check every place gas could leak, every line and connection. Puddles of can easily cause a fire.

Consider post 5 if you value your vehicle investment and surroundings.
Narrow the leak source down a bit. Hang a towel across the manifold behind the rear carb, and under the rear tee.
Run the engine a few seconds.
Check for the wet spot location.
