well I guess I didn't do this right and didn't do the proper welcome wagon thing before posting. Where are my manners.
I am Rani and I have been on the FABO for years now because A-bodies are my bread and butter and my favorite cars. However as the mopar fever spread and overtook me, I found myself also getting involved with a few B-bodies and a 73 dodge challenger. I build my own cars and I went to auto school a few moons ago.
The 73 challenger that brings me here is a neglected car by me and I am fixing to remedy that now. I got it about 8 years ago and the first and last time I drove it, I ran into the garage door post.(very minor damage) The reason this happened is because, as many of you know that E-bodies are a horrible car to see out of and navigate the insanely long nose for short people. After that, I took the 340 out and put it in my dart and had fun in the dart while the challenger sat for years now ( which somehow don't feel like that long of time)
So currently the engine compartment is stripped of all of It's paint and I am looking for a Non/ a/c box to replace the A/c equipment it had, then a big block will find residence in the car. And after I am done with it, I am going to give the car to my dad. So I am thinking it should be a fun Father/daughter project freshen up.
This is of course an extremely condensed version of the story of this car but its a start .....so HI FEBO
