I thought this would be a good and helpful topic.. A tire / wheel size combos thread

Post what rear end you have, tire size, wheel size + back spacing, wheel / rim choice, etc.

Also any mods or relocation kits that were needed to fit your wheel combo.

Also -- Definitely Post PHOTOS!!!! :)

The tire size are BFG 255/60R15s on the rear and 235s on the front with 15x7 Magnum 500 wheels. 727 auto w/3.23 rear

I'm following this just so I can keep track of all the ideas as I start to piece my project together. Particularly interested to see what the biggest tire wheel combos are you can fit under a stock Challenger (72 in this case). May end up lowering mine as well.

Pretty simple for me on my SL6 '70 Challenger. I'm still running the same 14"X5.5, Rallye wheels that the car rolled off the assy. line with. Except for a 10 year hiatus with some General Lee type American Eagle Vortex aluminum's in 14". I'm back with the Rallye's restored w/ P225X60x14, RWL, Kelly Chargers in front and P245X60X14, RWL, Kelly Chargers in the back. They look good and give it that nostalgia back in the day look. Thanks, Al

After a few combos, I settled on Year One 17'' Magnums, 9" on the rear, with 5" b/s, running 275/40R17 tyres, and 8" on the front, wearing 235/45R17 tyres, with a 4.5" b/s.
all this on a standard rear suspension 1973 Challenger

Is your car lowered at all or is that just the stance from the lower profile tires? I want mine to ride a little low when I am done.
