new poster (or poser?) here.

I am helping a nice older lady go through her late husbands accumulation of items and was wondering if anyone could help on this. So far this is the only good mopar item he had, he was a flathead ford guy... What would be a decent selling price to ask for this.
now, what I think I know is it is black button, 73 or 74 issue right? I am really just trying to help her out so she does not get cheated on anything. I know some values of parts, specifically for engines and such, but this is my first walk into radioland.
