Rimblow parts

Hi all - just bought an original rimblow, will be putting it on 1070 Cuda. Front section looks good, no cracks. Only blemish is on back side finger grips, where it is missing about 1.5 inches of length on the inside of the wheel. Looks like a section 1.5 inches long and 1/4 inch wide is missing.

I would prefer to restore the wheel myself with my dad. Are there parts available for this? Everything I have seen is only center caps for sale.
