Looks great but sad to see the thread coming to a close. I have used this as a reference many times. I'm battling a used hood now trying to salvage it. It was banged up on the left front corner and had a patch welded in under it. May need to just get a reproduction. Thanks again for the thread.

she is far from over btceng! i still have all of the driveline, interior and, electrical to do!!!!!! and while i'm at it i would ask if someone could decode the tag for me. i would really appreciate it!!!! thanks in advance..........postcar. btw btceng, does your handle mean batallion cdr, engineer??????

Nothing so glamorous. Engineer for a rural telephone company. She looks good. Keep us "posted.":icon_thumright:

I really appreciate the comments, they are good moral support! and also John, it may not be so glamourous, but hillbilly's and farmers need phones too!!!!!!!

Ok, no problem. Some people like crossword puzzles, I like a good fender tag or a build sheet and that tag is a good one! Nice car!
