can front glass Come out with trim still around the glass ? On my duster I was told I had to and after doing it all for no reason I realized it could have come out and back in no issue with trim staying in the car

There is no seal around E body glass , it is held in with butyl or urethane sealer , the Chrome cover the gap & will need to be removed .

No gasket on front glass either ? I knew rear was glue in only . I figured front bottom chrome needed to come off but thought maybe pillars and across the top could stay . I hate those clips and getting new trim to pop . I fight it everything time and always have 1-2 that won’t Clip
