    Enough Already.

This has nothing to do with Mopars or our hobby but I've got to say my piece and ask others to follow along. It seems the IRS is clamping down on the litttle guy...again! Waiters and Waitresses will now be under the IRS's spotlight on their tips and gratuities beginning this year. What a crock...

    Need a new speedometer

The speedometer on my 72 Rallye Dash Cuda died a painful death last week. Looking at Classic Industries shows a speedo that looks the same except for the odometer reset button shown is on the lower right side and mine is at the bottom center. Any other sources for these speedo assemblies???

On May 9 of this year I celebrated 50 years as owner of my 1972 Cuda 340. How many other original owners are here on the site?

    Jake Tapper...POS

Jake Tapper needs to be taken out to the woodshed and have his *** beat with a 2X4. Questioning a double amputee war veteran's commitment to democracy like he did concerning Rep. Mast. What a crock. Haven't seen this petunia put on a uniform and sacrifice for his country.

    More Automotive news.

Apple announces that it will build a car. Estimates that it will be out in 2024 or 2025. Geeze, I can hardly wait. Something tells me this will be for the snowflakes and girly boys who are now living in their parents basement and playing video games 8 to 10 hours per day. Another Yugo powered...

    Production car speed record

Just read that SSC ( ShelbySuperCars) TuaTara hit 331.15 MPH on closed Nevada highway # 160 over the weekend. Engine puts out 1,750 HP with E85 gasoline! Now that's movin'!

    Chrysler Air Raid Sirens

Here's one I've not heard of before. Came from the internet and was taken from an Autoweek article. Seems that Chrysler built air raid sirens with inline 8's ( 140 HP ) during the war. They were called Chrysler Bell Victory Siren. In 1952 needing air raid sirens because of the Cold War. Chrysler...

    Possible marketing coup for FOMOCO

Article in today's Detroit Free Press shows the first pre-production 2021 Broncos coming off the assembly. This is Ford's Jeep fighter. They claim 150,000 people have already placed 100 bucks down to get theirs. Maybe they should have an OJ Simpson Special Edition ( in white, of course ) to help...

The Dream Cruise on Woodward Ave. goes forward

To all the cities along the Woodward Ave. annual Dream Cruise who chickened out of activities this year ( the Chicom Virus scared them off) I offer a hearty one finger salute and a reminder that the Dream Cruise that started in 1995 went on for several years with any municipal help until the...

    They're Back!!

Over on Allpar from late April. Topic of the day was the Dodge Barracuda for 2022-23. Mostly speculation, but what the heck. Beats checking your temperature and washing your hands for the 17th time today!

    A Founding Father passes

Gale Halderman passed away at 87. He was the designer of the Ford Mustang. The Mustang's instant success was really what started the pony car trend that ended up giving us our E Bodies. RIP.

    Good Riddance

I see in todays news that the Volkswagen Beetle production will cease in a few days. Maybe this time it will stay buried and we won't have to look at any more of Hitler's " people's car" ever again!! Never liked the things anyway.

    Good luck to Mick Jagger

Mick, age 75, is going into the hospital for heart valve surgery. Hope all goes well and he is back on the stage again soon. Then there is Keith Richards ( also 75 ) who has smoked, snorted, injected, ingested every chemical know to man, except maybe Drano, fallen out of a tree and he keeps...

    That didn't take long

Geez... ole Burt has barely had time to assume room temperature and the family has offed his cars at Barrett-Jackson this past weekend. Must have been so grief struck that they couldn't bear to see the cars in the garage.

    This is not good news

News story today is that Sergio Marchionne will announce on Friday the end of the Chrysler nameplate to make more room for the money making Jeep brand. Although it now only encompasses the 300 and the Pacifica minivan, I hate to see it go. The older I get, the more the things of the past...

    Equipment defect traffic stop

A police officer pulled over a buggy driven by an Amish woman. " I'm not going to cite you for this but the reflector on the back of your buggy is broken and could be a safety issue" informed the policeman. " I thank thee", replied the Amish lady. " I shall have my husband repair it as soon as I...
