1970 cuda dome light wiring

I need help. my dome light doesn't work. The pink wire is hot from the cluster harness to the body harness, however the yellow wire from my cluster harness to the body harness is not grounded. I went back thru the harness and its also not grounded at the dimmer switch in the cluster harness. Where does the yellow wire get grounded in the cluster harness? from the wiring diagram it looks like its grounded at something called the "time relay ground". what is that, where is that, and what does it look like it?

i bet the time delay is part of the se package but im no expert, please correct me it info is wrong
