I'm swapping out my long tube headers on my 318. Fluid came gushing out from the drivers side bolt hole (closest to the firewall) when I removed the bolt!
Verified this is coming from the bolt hole. Any idea what the heck is going on here? How do I fix it?

Just the way they are built. Use sealer on the two ends, front and rear, with new studs and use the studs to hold the gaskets and headers while you are installing them. Much easier. You can use header bolts for the rest.FONT]
